Cancellation Policy
Appointment Policy & Cancellation Agreement Policy Overview At Desert Radiance Nail Studio, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth operations and availability for all clients, we require a valid credit card on file for every booking. No charge is applied until the service is rendered or in case of policy violations. Cancellation & No-Show Rules - Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance via phone (505) 221-6278), email (radiancebeautyllc@gmail.com), or GlossGenius app. Late cancellations will incur a 50% service fee. - No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Late Arrival - If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate the next client, with the full service fee still applicable. Exceptions We understand emergencies happen – contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate without fees on a case-by-case basis. Agreement By booking, I agree to these terms and authorize charges for violations. I confirm all provided information (health/allergies) is accurate.
